Editorial Reviews
The Wii Wheel transforms the Wii Remote controller into a steering wheel that feels natural in anyone's hands, while the Wii Remote and Nunchuk controller offer a classic control style for the Mario Kart veteran. In either configuration, players can perform speed-boosting tricks with a shake of the Wii Remote.

My two boys and I don't "fight" for the Wheels anymore. We each have our own. Great addition to our Wii setup.

I think the wheel makes Mario Kart Wii a bit more fun but if you are strapped for cash, it is definitely not a necessity.

My kids love it but....

I really find it easier to race MarioKart by just holding the remote sideways. Don't see any appreciable difference in racing by having the remote in the wheel but, like I said, my kids love to use it.

Wii wheel is useless

- It is harder playing a car racing game using the Wii wheel rather than using the buttons.
- The fact that it can move anywhere in space (up-down, front-back, etc) makes it NOT really like a car steering wheel, making it unintuitive.
- Calibration of how much the car turns vs how much you move the wheel is very very hard to figure out as opposed to how controls it.
- With the Wii being in general about seamless intuitive control, this is a anomaly.
