Great CD

Very good music compilation of the original 1986 Movie and a surprise song with Vince DiCola and Stan Bush, all Transformers fan got to have this one.

It's bringing me a lot of enjoyment

I'm a college student who doesn't have much spending money. But I'd watched "Transformers: The Movie" and been intrigued by the music. You might say that this album was an impulse purchase. After I'd clicked "Submit" I was already doubting the wisdom of my decision.

Once the CD arrived, however, my regrets disappeared. This music has been bringing me a lot of enjoyment while I wash the dishes at night. "The Touch" and "Dare" have especially given me a great deal of encouragement, as school has been a bit difficult this semester.

I'm not a music expert, so it's hard to describe this album. But if you like 80's style rock, you'll probably enjoy this album. The rock instrumentals are unlike anything else I've heard, combining simple melodies with a rich palette of unusual sounds. And obviously, if you're a Transformers fan, the images evoked by the music add a whole new dimension of meaning to the album.

The only reason I haven't given this album 5 stars is that there are one or two songs I don't care for much, and some memorable fragments of the score have not been included. Otherwise, this album is a real treat. I'm glad I bought it.

the stuff here is great and all BUT....

SINCE THEY ADDED STUFF SINCE THE ORIGINAL RELEASE, THEN WHY NOT ALL OF IT!!!

that's right customers, this soundtrack is STILL NOT COMPLETE, even with the added tracks..... 15 years ago you could get away with this, but NOT NOW...

I downloaded mp3s of the COMPLETE soundtrack, and man, does it rock.... this cd does NOT do the soundtrack justice.

If you are happy with what IS here, then go ahead and get it... it is still great, it's just a sour seed that the whole thing is not here....

I guess what we need is the SCORE, not the soundtrack....

when will THAT BE RELEASED???????

Transformers soundtrack

The CD arrived sooner than expected and in excellent condition. I ordered it for my teenager daughters, who are avid Transformer fans, and they LOVE it!!! It has all the songs they wanted from the animated series. An excellent investment...well worth the price!

I bought this for someone else who liked the movie and the soundtrack and wanted it for Christmas. They said they loved it. If they are happy with it then so am I. Therefore 5 Big Stars!
