One of my favorite CDs

I first heard Koop Island Blues on "So you think you can dance" TV show. Loved the song and found myself downloading it on my ipod so I could listen to it as much as I wanted. Wanting more of the instramental and vocal arrangements, I bought the entire CD from Amazon after listening to short clips of each track. I am so not disappointed. The music has me singing along and exercising to the rhythyms and sounds of each track.

I had never heard of Koop until i saw a performance using their song Koop Island Blues. The song was like nothing i ever heard and i rushed onto to amazon to purchase the album. I was surprised that each song seems to have a different singer which only added to my pleasure. No two songs sound alike but they compliment each other. I am not sure what category I would put Koop into but it has somewhat Jazz feeling to it.
