This is the best refernce book I have come across, so far, for treating common (and not so common) ailments at home. This book gives useful information and suggestions so readers can make informed decisions about their health. I have used it for myself, my family and friends. I have experienced great success with the remedies suggested and if I do need to go to a MD I can give a more complete picture of what is going on with my body so they can give me better care. Great resource!!!!!
