This book is great. Ian covers a lot of ground about exercise and gives you a great training routine which will add muscle and shed fat with NO CARDIO! I gained weight while I lost fat around my waist! This is by far one of my best and favorite workout plans and books. A great book for anyone interested in getting in looking better and getting stronger! My deadlift went from 250lbs to 345lbs, my squat went from 205lbs to 250lbs! I was very happy with the results from this book!
