Editorial Reviews
This yearbook addresses the key legal, financial and economic issues relating to international financial law, in both its public and private law dimensions and from national, regional and international perspectives. The yearbook contains the following sections: articles on particular aspects of financial law, with a strong emphasis on cross-border or regional issues; an annual focus section which includes several shorter articles on topical issues of financial law; and an annual refereed work published under the auspices of the London Institute of International Banking, Finance and Development Law, the Centre for Commercial Law Studies (Queen Mary & Westfield College, University of London) and the Southern Methodist University School of Law (and its Institute of International Banking and Finance). The Yearbook should be of interest to practitioners and academics in the field of financial law.
