I love this book! It is similar to a dictionary, it has a list of many ailments and which stones can help that ailment. I would recommend it highly to anyone interested in this field.

If you want to use Crystals for healing, and can only get one book -- this is it. Simple, straight-forward, easy to use, gets to the point quickly, and has instructions that don't take a month to read and still longer (much) to feel competent to use. It's a little book that takes you straight to what you want to know. That's all most of us have time for these daze. I have a huge book I can recommend, with all the info you could want, with pictures -- and wonderful as it is, takes ages to mull thru unless you do a workbook on your own with headings for each disorder. This is that workbook -- and more.
