Wow, What an impressive book! I have never before left a review on Amazon but felt compelled to do so for this book. A good friend of mine gave me this book as a gift and I have in turn purchased copies on Amazon to give to some of my friends so I don't end up lending out and loosing my copy. The book is well organized and illustrated and will keep any chef (weekend, or professional) armed with great easy to prepare kebab recipes. I like that the book gives cultural background to the different styles of kebabs; this is especially great if you make weekend cooking (as I do) a family kids inclusive affair. If I was forced to throw out all the books from my extensive kitchen library (it would have to be at gun point) and allowed to keep only three books this for sure would be one of the keepers. Bottom Line: Highly Recommended.
