I felt like I was peeking inside my daughter's window. The "Sarah" in the book IS my daughter, and, although we communicated by phone throughout the time she was there, I never saw into her soul like my precious son-in-law captured in this TREASURE of a book. Young people can only dream of experiencing this kind of passion --- both for one another AND for the discovery of a world outside their own. I applaud both Sarah AND Marty for having the courage to explore, to experience, to FLY!! And thank YOU, Marty, for recording this epiphany which will, I pray, prompt more young people to brave the world on the OTHER side of their "comfort zone." What a trip!!

I loved reading this book. It's an easy read that combines love, adventure and survival. I wish it were longer. I appreciate the author sharing his experiences and appreciation for what he saw and the people he met during his travels.

This book is a must read
