Fantastic cookbook with great stories

Buy this book...Gene Hovis grew up in the South, and came to New York to become an actor. Along the way he stumbled into catering as a way to support himself,and his career blossomed from there. It's a wonderful read,(stories of his southern childhood and early years in New York), and the recipes are delicious!
